The stupendously funny Patrick Keane (@citizenkeane, Comedy Central, Comic's Unleashed) was our guest this week!!! It was the Romeo and Juliet of table manners. We watched the one where Blanche starts dating a super hot guy who eats soup without a spoon and fixes strangers' transmissions off the side of the road. We watched the Nip/Tuck of Golden Girls episodes, it was the one where Blanche decides to get plastic surgery after all her sorority gals get facelifts. Also Rose makes a documentary. The fervently chistoso Pauly Casillas (@PaulyPeligroso, Rob Delaney's Klondike Comedy Showcase Winner, MSNBC.com's Top 10 Funniest People on Twitter) visited us to watch an episode of the Golden Girls! It was the one where Sophia's sister moves to Miami and ruffles all of Sophia's feathers! Also Rose loses a piano-playing chicken. We had the clever, hilarious April Macie (@aprilmacie, Jenny McCarthy's Dirty Sexy Funny, Howard Stern's Funniest and Hottest Comedian Winner) and the funny wits of Shane Mauss (@shanecomedy, Here We Are Podcast, Comedy Central) on the Golden Girls podcast! It was the episode where Dorothy tries to eat the forbidden holy fruit... The fruit of a priest! We had the intoxicatingly funny Maria Konopken (@MariaKonopken, Del Close Marathon, The Chicago Improv Den) visit all the way from Chicago and watch an episode of the Golden Girls with us! It was a recap episode but not really, because we have not seen any of these flashbacks before. It's the one where the Golden Girls reminisce about sleeping! We get a glimpse into their wacky, rapid-eye-movement infused adventures. It was The Hand That Rocked the Cradle episode, the one where Blanche thinks she can raise an abandoned baby to make up for not raising her own right. This was such a fun one!!! We had the incredible, non-stop LOL'ing Angelo Tsarouchas (@bigangcomic, Mad Men, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle) watch the next episode of the Golden Girls with us. This one transcended life and death itself! It was the one where Rose believes she died and went to heaven, so now she's going to live her life to the fullest at any cost. The fantabulous and lovely, yet creepy Jonathan Gregory (@CREEPYCOMEDY, San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival, AZ's Funniest Comedian Finalist) watched an episode of the Golden Girls with us! It was a theatrical, romantically exhilarating whirlwind of emotions, mostly anger. It was the one where the girls fall for a very debonaire, sexually fueled actor during the Miami Community Players' annual play.
