We watched the one where Blanche starts seeing Dorothy's ex-husband, Stan! Whaaaat!!!??!! Right?!! It was the one where the Golden Girls stay at a prostitute-friendly hotel and end up accidentally getting arrested for hookin'! We talked about the must-watch terrible movie "The Heat," clothing conventions and Pat Benatar music videos. Also... Burt Reynolds. We talked A LOT about Burt Reynolds who guest stars. Season 2 begins!!! We made it!!! We're starting the new season right with the wonderful, smooth talking Tom Sims (@TomSimsComedy, Great American Comedy Festival Finalist, Great Southwest Laff Off Winner) who come over and watched a very changing episode of the Golden Girls, if you will. We talked about Spanish flies, Gazoo from the Flinstones and gay to straight mink conversion.    

Finally the hilariously epic Bill Binder (@whbinder, Phoenix Improv Festival, Del Close Marathon) took a break from his The Torch Theatre duties and watched the LAST episode of season one with us! That's right, WE COMPLETED THE FIRST SEASON!!! *noisemakers* We watched the prequel, the Phantom Menace of the Golden Girls, if you will... the one where we find out how the girls met and how much strangers can yell at each other. We talked about Tuesday-only bulleting boards, moonlit breasts and genderless children.

The fantasmic, hyper-quirky Amy Carpenter (@AmywithanEye, Mail Order Bride, Phoenix Improv Festival) graciously watched the next episode of the Golden Girls with us and it was magic. True magic. We watched the one where Blanche's father, "Big Daddy," comes to visit and he reveals a surprise that ruffles her feathers and push-up bra. We talked about wearing a mayonnaise suit, gay cowboy bars and the new Golden Girls spin-off, Just Glad to Be Gladys. 

This was a riot! Truly a blast. We had the fantastic Ro Delle Grazie (@RoDelleGrazie, VH1, Oxygen) and the unstoppable Chris Cope (@ChrisCopeComedy, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, FOX's Laughs) visit our hotel room at the San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival and watch the Golden Girls with us! We watched the one where Rose's recently blinded sister visits and asks Rose to move back with her to Chicago. We talked about gypsy curses, time-traveling Bruce Jenner and antique loaded crossbows. 

We had the incredibly funny Aisha Alfa (@aishaalfa, Degrassi, Toronto Comedy Brawl Finalist) and the totes hilarious Shawn Halpin (@shawnhalpin, The Tom Green World Stand Up Comedy Tour, Sydney Comedy Festival) on the Golden Girls podcast!! We watched episode "22," the one where Rose loses her job after the grief center closes and the rest of the girls yell at her for it. We talked about sleeping with a stethoscope on, leather conventions and keeping a skeleton for 10 years. 

The brilliantly funny Anwar Newton (@AnwarDinoCzar, Phoenix New Times: 100 Phoenix Creatives, Big Pine Comedy Festival) sat down with us and watched the one where all the Golden Girls get the flu and fight for 22 minutes. It was some kind of nasty. We talked about vampire banquets, Mystic River dresses and slimy firefighter poles.

We had a hoot with the hilariously boisterous Jen Kober (@JenKober, Real Husbands of Hollywood, The Mindy Project) and the classically witty Michael Palladino (@MikeyPalla480, The Taffy Room, Lists of Fury) on our Golden Girls podcast, hooray! We watched the one where Blanche has to decide wether or not she's going to bone her college professor to pass her psychology final, while the rest of the gang try to frantically get Frank Sinatra tickets. We talked about short-sleeved dress shirts, fetish balls and notebooks filled with men's phone numbers. 

We had the comedic "real deal" that is Stu Baker (@StuBakerComedy, All Comedy Radio, Lopez Tonight Freelance Writer) on the Golden Girls podcast! We munched down on some delicious homemade guac as we watched the episode where Blanche gets engaged to a rich man, and spoiler alert... HE HAS KIDS!!! Also, Dorothy and Rose become plumbers. We discussed jumping out of jet planes, Back to the Future and a dystopian toilet society. Full disclosure: Genevieve's mic was acting up, but we forgave it. You should too!

We had a BLAST with the funny, clever and lovable Shawn Collins​ (@theBullyMammoth, Bully Mammoth Sketch Comedy, Cinester Theater)! It was a cold and dark Super Bowl night, yet we watched the Golden Girls instead! The one where Dorothy needs a foot operation and has to stay at a pretty messed up hospital. We talked about ugly fruit baskets, getting your tits cut off and drinking in the park. Full disclosure: We had some problems with Shawn's mic, if you can make it past 3 minutes it continues to get better. Thanks all!

We had some scotch and cigarettes with the broodingly hilarious Steve Maxwell (@ComedyOnTap, Hidden House Comedy, The Almost Homeless Comedy Tour) and watched episode 17 of season one, "Nice and Easy!" It was the one where Blanche's niece is sexually out of control and totally slut-upstaging her aunt AND as per usual, Dorothy wants the blood of a house mouse to be shed. We talked about Miami Vice, vagina cockroaches and how to bang your way into a Florida college. 

The silly, imcomparable Molly Dean (@WLDbrryHashTart, The Freakin' A's, Comedy On Fire) joined the podcast, hooray! We unbuttoned our pants and watched the one where Rose tells her daughter the truth about her late husband; also her grandaughter is really weird. We chatted up about having sex with logs, peeing in coffee and crotchless scuba suits. The vivacious & quick-witted, The Golden Girls superfan Ronn Vigh (@RonnRonnVigh, E! Fashion Police, Last Comic Standing) fueled our show with his genuine Golden Girl fan passion... And it was amazing! We watched the one where Rose finds her date dead in her bed the next morning, also he's totally married. We chatted about getting boners to Grey's Anatomy, bad bowling and mixed-race couple extras. 

Our first episode of 2015! Wohoo!!! The great, enjoyable Matt Micheletti (@onmattalon, Comedy On Fire, First Friday Night Live) watched the lost episode of the Golden Girls with us. The only episode iTunes skips and not found anywhere but DVD... Is it a conspiracy? Probably. It's the one where Dorothy finds out she's dating a married guy, then gets back with him. Whaaat?!! We talked about vehicle insurance fraud, dusty medicine balls and slavery. 

The wildly hysterical Michelle Biloon (@biloon, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Chelsea Lately) joined us to watch the next episode of the Golden Girls and Leslie Barton (@yorbeautifl, Leslie's Comedy Corner, Space 55) guest co-hosted for Genevieve! Hooray! We watched the one where Rose dates a little person and everyone freaks out; it is 1985 after all! We talked about littleneck clams, CPR gangbangs and uncircumsiced gingerbread men.

The funny and insightful Tara Egnatios (@TaraEgnatios, The Young, Hot, & Gay Tour, LA Comedy Awards: Producer's Choice for Best Female Comic) flew in and watched the next episode of the Golden Girls with us, the one where Dorothy's sister Gloria tries to steal Sophia back to Cali and Blanche tries to get a lead role in Macbeth by boning the community theatre director! We talked about real-life witch curses, Italian Mary Poppins and of course, gay men trapped in basements. Listen now!

We watched the one where Stan comes back to get some Dorothy poontang. We talked about swamp fucking, stand-up at Camp Snoopy and NYC subway jizz! 

We were delighted to have the funny, most-ever-so talented Clifton Gray (@tfg46, The Torch Theatre, Phoenix Improv Festival) on our show! We watched the one where the whole episode consists of the girls waiting for the paramedics because Sophia is having a heart attack and of course, hilarity ensues! We talked about coffin wraps, #skullporno and Rose's Kwanza outfit.    

We had the fantastic, engaging Michael Turner (@MJTurner513, The Brothers Turner Podcast, Snap Battles Winner) be our guest and he cracked us up as we discussed the next episode of the Golden Girls. This episode was filled to the rim with mom issues! We watched the one where Blanche goes on a date with a hot young man and Rose's mom comes to visit. We talked about "Look-A-Like" on the TV Guide Channel, vagina volcanoes and caramel popcorn.

In this week's programme we invited the hilarious, legendary, friendly, Bob Kubota (@bobkubota, Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central) to watch the darkest episode of season one so far, "Break-In." This episode had it all; robbery, gun shooting, violent attacks, being mauled by a dog, foot chases, mace, everything that makes Golden Girls what it is today! We talked about downward spirals, flour and how maybe Susan Harris predicted the future? Tune in and find out. 

We had the comical, wonderful Zed Phillips (@zedphillips, Phoenix Comicon, Arizona Laugh Off Facebook Vote Winner) on the Golden Girls podcast! We had a great time watching "The Competition," it's the one where all the Golden Girls end up in a bowling tournament and Sophia meets up with an old Italian beau she use to bang. We talked up Sicilian war history, Rose's superhero origin and men's locker rooms. Ooo-la-la. 

Okay, this was SO MUCH FUN! We had the super funny and rambunctious, Leslie Barton (@yorbeautifl, Leslie's Comedy Corner, Space 55) watch the next episode of da Golden Girls with us! In this one, Blanche's dumb, allegedly, 14-year-old grandson comes to visit and he shakes things up with his popped collar and talkin' all 80's slangy. We discussed the Miami Vice TV crew, "one-eyed pigs" and SEX in the 80's!

We had the super funny, prolific Michael Malone (@malonecomedy, Bob and Tom, National Lampoon's Operation Comedy Tour) watch Episode 5, "The Triangle," with us! It was the one where Dorothy is dating a horndog doctor with a winking problem. We discussed Minnesota, Rocko's Modern Life shirts and wearing 5 types of mascara. 

The funny, witty Wendy Liebman (@WendyLiebman, America's Got Talent, Comedy Central) watched the 4th episode of the Golden Girls with us! We laughed, we cried! It was a Lifetime Made for TV Movie squeezed into 22 minutes! It was the one where Blanche holds her sister's life in her vivacious hands. We talk water skiing accidents, fritos and baby stealing! 

We invited the hilarious and awesome Kirsten Alberts  (@DirtyHippyComic, FOX's Laughs, Comedy Central Radio), to come watch the third episode of the Golden Girls with us. This one was amazing, it's the one where Rose is convinced by everyone to have sex for the first time in 15 years! We also talk about prostates and hidden symbolism.
